I quickly FOUND out that TeamSpeak 3 is very different,
Here will be a HOW-to to install it with a license key (Purchased) and configure it without ruing ROOT to run the scripts.
PLUS, it will also have integrated webconfig files too.
TeamSpeak 3 is still in BETA, which explains the diffcult in getting it to work. Plus it doesn't offer the web interface anymore. This is purely a client/serer.
TeamSpeak 3 - will only binded to a IP address, however it does still work outside the LAN from a URL.
