This is the place to find specifications, technical notes and other notes on Features and Development Initiatives.
You can think of an initiative as a big and/or all-encompassing feature. To give you an example, adding an NTP Server to ClearOS is a relatively simple feature. Re-architecting ClearOS to support LDAP master/replica mode cuts across dozens of applications and bumps into all kinds of complexities. That's the kind of thing that we consider an initiative.
