Hello,

I set up 6.3. and cant get it to been seen.

i have dsl set up to briged and the cisco router has the ip,
in the router i have no firewall, i do have port forwarding set up. to cos 6.3

now when i do canyouseeme.org it say it cant see the port i asked it to scan.

Can cos block the ports too.

we installed the firewall on the server, but i open the ports on that too.

this is what installed on the server under firewall

Firewall
1-to-1 NAT
Custom Firewall
DMZ Firewall
Incoming Firewall
Port Forwarding

so i remove some thing or all of it.

If the Cisco router has your WAN IP then it is not bridged and you will have to port-forward to ClearOS or, perhaps if it turns off NAT, put ClearOS in its DMZ. What is the WAN IP of ClearOS? Is the WAN configured as PPPoE, Static or DHCP?

the cicso router has a Static from the isp. the server has ip of 192.168.2.3, port forwarding is set up to forward 80,81,443,21,etc to 192.168.2.3.

we us the cicso router for dhcp only.


I have this setup done with 4 server (5.2) at 2 other sites.

Is the computer that you are using to connect to canyouseemenow, connected to the ClearOS server? If it is, then you are double NAT'ed.

You can also check with the ISP to see whether they are blocking the ports.
