I'm running a fresh install of ClearOS 6.2 in a XenServer virtualized environment. The ClearOS VM has been given an internal and external interface and been assigned as the gateway for the LAN. Internet access works fine (mostly...besides a couple quirks I've noticed with ClearOS and certain website...but, that's not what this topic is about).
I have assigned two Port Forwards for HTTP and HTTPS to a single internal IP address through the Port Forwarding module and have been unable to get it to work properly.
My infrastructure is as follows:
Internet --> 2wire router --> ClearOS VM running on XenServer host (with no IP on the external interface of the XenServer host)
The 2wire router is set for the ClearOS MAC address in DMZplus mode with the public IP address assigned.
If I enable the ClearOS management port (81) on the external interface, I CAN reach it from the internet...so, I know my external hostname to IP relationship is working properly as well as the route across the 2wire to the ClearOS VM on XenServer. It just seems like the Port Forwarding is not working whatsoever.
