Hi James, perhaps the script is unable to find the parameters defined in /usr/share/zarafa-z-push/config.php?
define('LOGLEVEL', LOGLEVEL_INFO);

How are you calling the z-push-admin script?

I set a soft link ln -s /usr/share/zarafa-z-push/z-push-admin.php /usr/bin/z-push-admin so i can just do z-push-admin -a -u USER

When that didn't work i just cd-ed into the directory and did ./z-push-admin.php -a -u USER

The z-push-admin.php script references the config.php found within the same directory...so it needs to be run from the same location. Your last method should work OK

I'm still getting the error, it's weird when I configured z-push with the 6.2 clearos it works perfectly fine, with this one on 5.2 it doesn't. A bit baffeling.

James,
Are you using the z-push 2.0 beta, because i had also these errors running with the Beta.
After installing the release version, this dissappeared

Hi Tim i can't update zarafa to 7.0.7 from Your repo. When i type yum --enablerepo=timb-testing update zarafa zarafa-webacess i get this:

Could not find update match for zarafa
No Packages marked for Update

Tim repo works ok? Any Idea?

PS I have zarafa ver 7.0.6
PS2: Tim 7.0.8 version is released please, please

Patrick, I am using 2.0 beta however I installed 2.0 from the website (took a while to configure) still no joy I get the mapi error so I just stuck with tims repo instead since it makes no difference.

James,

You can copy the 2.0 over the beta and the only thing you need to change is the location of the State directory according the serting of Tim.
Worked for me.

Hi Roland, can you try 'yum --enablerepo=* clean all' and run again?

Hi James and Patrick, i've uploaded an RPM for Z-push 2.0 final release here (RPM should actually work for 5.2 also but i've not tested yet)
ftp://timburgess.net/repo/clearos/6.2/x86_64/testing/zarafa-z-push-2.0-2.clearos.noarch.rpm

Re:Zarafa 7 Webmail - HOWTO Install and Configure 10 Months, 2 Weeks ago
Tim,

I am running out of space on our production server caused by mySQL and the Zarafa database. I have successfully managed to remove the attachments and store these outside the database on our development box (mirror image of production). However in doing this I did not recover as much space as I though as the actual database files are still massive.

I then followed the procedure to move the mySQL database to another drive - this worked - or appeared to be fine until I tried to access mail by Webaccess and it provided errors. I had to move it back for it to work properly.

Is there something I have missed - I use the user mysql db for Zarafa but something clearly was missing so I wondered if you have any instructions I need to follow that is specific to moving mySQL that allows me to keep Zarafa working too?? Zarafa certainly couldn't locate the moved database however mySQL was happy to start up and for me to communicate with the moved database using mysql admin tools at command line etc.

Now that I removed the attachments from the database I wonder if there is a utility that can be run on the db to reduce the size?

Thanks.

Andy
