That was a bad bug on my part. The fix will be available in a few hours:

yum upgrade app-smtp

Details: the /etc/postfix/searchdomains file has a list of valid domains for the server (often just one domain). This list should be a key-value pair like:

example.com yes
example.net yes

The "yes" is missing from the file.
