Cannot register 6.2 11 Months, 3 Weeks ago  
I am installing 6.2 on an IBM Intellistation Z Pro that previously hosted 4.x and 5.x. I am able to the to the registration page but no available registrations show up under either new install or reinstall/upgrade. I can log in to ClearCenter with the same id and password that I am using on the 6.2 registration page and I have at least one available. Any thoughts?

I am trying to get this up so I can evaluate Zarafa before making the move to 6.2.

Hi John,

Is it an evaluation subscription? Perhaps you got it from the old (5.x) evaluation page that issued 5.x evals?

For 6.2 Professional, you need one from here:

https://secure.clearcenter.com/portal/evaluation.jsp

If, under Asset Management in your ClearCenter account, the available license says "ClearOS Basic/Standard/Premium" instead of ClearOS Professional Basic/Standard/Premium..." then this is definitely your issue.
