I am try to add a system to my account and I keep getting this message no matter what I try.
No licenses for adding a system are available in your account. Click on the appropriate button if you are attempting to re-install or upgrade a system.
Need Help with figuring this out.

OK, so I still have this problem. Is anyone else getting this issue from a fresh install of 5.2? I even tried creating a new account and I still get the same error message. Has something changed? Is there some way of adding and open source license I don't know about? I have rebooted the system and rebuilt it with new ISO after ISO images and still get this error.
Thanks for any help.

Did a fresh install of 5.2 a couple days ago on my home box and I had no problem registering it as a reinstall of the old registration for my home system.

Again this is a fresh install and I get this error when I try and add it as a new system. I am not trying to add it as an upgrade and reinstall. I am trying to add it as a new system.
I created another account and tried it again, and I get the same issue???
Thanks,
Matt

OK, so I am not sure what has changed, but without a doubt something has. I have always ran the clarkconnect system and clearos system behind a NAT device in gateway mode specifically for the e-mail proxy filter reasons, now all of a sudden registering and getting updates with a clearos box behind a existing firewall will not work. Nothing has changed on the other firewall in over a year.
I took the clearos box and assigned it WAN interface a public IP and was able to register and get updates. I put that same system behind the firewall it has always been behind and I get these errors.
sdn4.clearsdn.com: invalid return code
I have never had an issue with the system like this ever. No matter what firewall it may be sitting behind.
Note: I am able to reproduce this issue with about 6 other vender firewalls, so I know without a doubt it is not specific or maybe even possible that the exisiting firewall is causing the issue.
I have tried doing things I have never had to do before like forwarding ports 1875 TCP and 443 TCP and this still does not resolve the issue.
Thanks for any help,
Matt
