Hi Travis, have you tried re-downloading the RPM using wget?

Just tried it and same results. Thanks for the suggestion though, sometimes it is that easy, and I wish it was this time =/

Found this on a Russian site: - Add MiniDLnA to Webconfig

1. Edit - / var / webconfig / api / Daemon.ini.php and add the line:
2. "minidlna" => array("minidlna", "minidlna", "yes", "minidlna", "no", null),
3. Now restart webconfig - service webconfig restart

Now you can "Start" and "Stop" minidlna via Webconfig under "Services"

Tim, maybe you can add this to your next rpm?

Hi Leon, thanks for that! yes you can add any other RPM installed services this way, I use this method for Zarafa too

Unfortunately Daemon.inc.php is owned and maintained via the webconfig packages, so any custom changes will be lost after an update. I don't have an 'app' for MiniDLNA so the best I can do is offer a patch which can be reapplied.

More Update on MiniDLnA and Transcoding.

There is a very good patch that will give you transcoding with MiniDLnA.
I used the "Mencoder" option as it gave me better results than ffmpeg.
