I created a group and set it to public so anybody could join.
But everytime someone join I receive an email telling me that person wishes to join. But It's an open group, I don't need and I don't want to receive emails telling me that.
I created the group because I though we needed it, but I don't want to moderate it or anything else.

Could the behavior of public groups for sending emails be changed ?

Since it's a public group, I don't need to receive an email each time a user joins.
