I cannot find a straight answer to this question, therefore I am posting it here. If it was answered please send me to the right direction.
So I would like to have the proxy filtering up and running after I signed into the Samba domain. Can this be achieved? Or I need to log it into Samba and launch a browser session also just to get access to the internet?
I have programs that are used by everybody in the office and those programs need to call mother ship that is someplace on the internet.
I have the following situation: Group A called worker bees that should be able to run the above mentioned programs, but not go on FB and TW for example. I have Group B called queen bees that should be able to go wherever they want. Now bees form all groups are constantly logging in and out on the same computers and just having to log in Samba AND in Proxy is just a waste of time.
What I would like is one login and that should enforce both the Samba Domain rules and the Proxy rules.
Is that possible?
TIA
