Nvidia's nic chipsets are flaky at best. this error is not limited to clearos, i just had the samething with a win server 08 but i switched to intel nics, seems to fix the problem.


INTEL D37245-003 PRO 10/100/1000BT GT PCI-x Dual Port Network NIC Card works like a champ.
