Is the Dynamic VPN app in the marketplace for 6.2 supposed to be backwards compatible with the IPSec VPNs from 5.x? We upgraded our ClearOS at our home office but none of our remote sites will connect.

No one here seems to comment on dynamic VPN's as they are paid for solutions. A few people run them but I have no idea how they are working. As you have paid for it your best option is to raise a ticket with ClearSdn directly. They should give you prompt support.
