On the webconfig console there is place for source based rules for multi-wan. Are destination based rules possible? Failing that will using iptables rules on the FORWARD table affect the operation of the gateway in unexpected ways?

I'm not sure if you need a gateway as well which would be your ISP's gateway. I'd be interested to know what you find.
