PHPmyAdmin PMA Database ... not OK 1 Year ago
As the title states, for whatever reason PHPmyAdmin is telling me that the PMA Database is "Not Ok".

Upon signing on to the PHPmyAdmin interface, I see the following at the bottom of the screen:
The additional features for working with linked tables have been deactivated. To find out why click here.

After clicking on the hyperlink, I see this:

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['pmadb'] ... not OK [ Documentation ]
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['relation'] ... not OK [ Documentation ]
General relation features: Disabled

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['table_info'] ... not OK [ Documentation ]
Display Features: Disabled

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['table_coords'] ... not OK [ Documentation ]
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['pdf_pages'] ... not OK [ Documentation ]
Creation of PDFs: Disabled

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['column_info'] ... not OK [ Documentation ]
Displaying Column Comments: Disabled
Bookmarked SQL query: Disabled
Browser transformation: Disabled

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['history'] ... not OK [ Documentation ]
SQL history: Disabled

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['designer_coords'] ... not OK [ Documentation ]
Designer: Disabled

I've seen a few topics claiming that there is some script that can be run that can remedy this, but I really am unsure of where to find this.

I'm currently running ClearOS 5.2 (If this helps at all) I'll be happy to provide any information that is needed, I would just like this repaired!
Sorry if this isn't a very good thread, I'm pretty new to all of this. Thanks in advance!

Sorry if this bumps the thread, forgot to check on it. The problem has been resolved. Thanks Mr. Burgess!

I have the same problem.
ClearOS Community 6.2.0
PHP:5.3.3
Mysql:5.1.61

After import examples/create_tables.sql(5.3.3) from phpmyadmin web site and create PMA user to that database and
edit the config.inc.php file, I got a "Invalid server index: "

So, I back to the original settings, and still got "The phpMyAdmin configuration storage is not completely configured, some extended features have been deactivated."

Its an internal database for phpMyAdmin that provides some additional 'relational features'
wiki.phpmyadmin.net/pma/Configuration_storage

Do you have a need for the extra features within phpMyAdmin? If not then you can ignore it.
