Create a free ClearCenter account and register your system. At some point during this porcess you will be given a random xxxx part of the domain name. This can be changed, I think, in the ClearCenter > Systems > Network/Dynamic DNS and updated in ClearOS in Webconfig > ClearCente > ClearSDN > Dynamic DNS.

Usually the default website content would go in /var/www/html/

Where have you uploaded yours?

I always put my website in "/var/www/html" and had never any troubles accessing the website. Of course you have to open port 80 in the incoming firewall to make it accessible for visitors.
