ClearFoundation

Forums
ClearOS ClearFoundation and ClearCenter have moved to the new website ClearOS.com (https://clearos.com). We are making this change in order to improve search and exposure of ClearOS to the world. There are several improvements that are being made and some that are still on the table for development. The forums are now live on clearos.com and locked on this site until all the redirects are in place. If you have issues using the new site, feel free to ask on the #clearfoundation room in IRC chat on freenode.net or engage with a chat agent on the site if they are around. Our goal is to complete this step so that we can be properly ready for the types of communication that will be essential for the release of ClearOS 7!

Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local 5 Years, 2 Months ago
(reason: 550 5.1.1 <shiela@xxxxxx.com>: Recipient address rejected: User
unknown in local recipient table)

Maybe this is common, but I have googled this, read these forums, but cannot understand why this server is rejecting email sent from one user to another. They both are listed as users in the
system. The emails are being sent from her boss to her, I am getting the proverbial aaarrrggghhh emails from him.

Does anybody have any idea as to what could be causing this.

Hi Rick,

Make sure mailbox is enabled for the user...

If that's OK, validate that the server giving that message is actually the server you've configured...I've seen it more than once where someone just assumes it's the server they're configuring giving the bounce message when, in fact, the headers tell a very different story.
