Mail not receiving 10 Months, 1 Week ago  
Hi,

I have just set up V6.3 and am having a few bugs. The first of which is the mail. I'm using the standard cyrus pop/imap (not the Zarafa). I can send mail fine, I am just not receiving any mail. I thought that it may be a DNS refresh fault, but i have waited 24hours now and still nothing. Another point to ponder is that i don't receive mails sent internally (user1@server.co.za to user2@server.co.za). the mail log says the mail was delivered, but i do not receive it.

Is there anything I am doing incorrectly? I have done everything the same as with the V5.2 which worked with no issues.

I looked through the mail log again and found the line below. I am however unsure how to fix this.

I seem to have fixed the problem. I changed the /etc/imapd.conf file. The line below was set to 1. I changed it to 10000. it now works. I don't know if this is a known bug or if is like this for Zarafa users.

I made a try using

autocreatequota: -1

and it seems to work.
If I remember reading somewhere that a negative value means "no quota limit"

Hi All,

Hope someone can help me on this. We have a 5.2 installation thats been working faultlessly for around 2-3 years without any problems, but the other day email just stopped being delivered, no changes have or were made prior to this it just stopped one day. Upon looking into the mail logs i can see the following, to my untrained eye it appears a database may have possibly gotten too big or ran out of space but any help with resolving this would be massively appreciated as this is a live system which is in use.

Whats' the output of 'df -h'? have you run out of space on your partition?

Any ideas would be appreciated, it looks to me to be a database issue of some sort but i cant put my finger on it
