ClearOS not collecting old e-mail from ISP 1 Year, 1 Month ago

Hi There,
Had a case where e-mail was not collected from ISP for a few days a month ago due to Internet connectivity. Checked today and old e-mails are sitting in mailbox at ISP, new e-mails delivered to ISP are collected and delivered but old e-mails not collected for delivery.

In most cases there is usually an option on the ISP side where one can force delivery of emails. Lookout for this option and try to initiate this delivery to your ClearOS server.

Negative, all the e-mail sits in one catch-all mailbox and the older ones are simply skipped and not downloaded. All new ones coming in gets downloaded. It is a POP account at the ISP - no options to set for downloads.
