What user name are you using for login? username@domain.com or username

do I need username@domain.com? I don't recall needing it when it was working..

Just to try, I put username@domain.com..

That was very interesting.

I set you up with a user and administrative rights to the web interface

I went to zarafa and you logged in to the web interface with no problem..

I then changed my password... and I could log in to zarafa..

I guess for some reason I have to change everyone's password.. although I don't remember seeing any place to set password expirations.. (I will have to look).

Even more interesting..

I changed another person's password and put the SAME password in.. and it works now..

Can you explain that?

Cause of the problem were found.
This became possible after learning of requests from users on the forum of the Russian community.
It's not a bug in ClearOS.
The problem is in politics accounts, security policies and server configuration.
